We encourage Sunset Point residents and visitors to recycle as
it reduces waste collection costs and saves space in our
landfill.
Recycle bins are available in Onoway
and at the Highway 43 East Waste
Regional Landfill for items such as glass, plastic, newsprint,
cardboard. Electronics can be recycled at the Highway 43 East Waste
Regional Landfill.

- Directions: 9 miles West of Onoway on Highway 43.
All other waste material such as tree stumps, old building
materials, etc., must be hauled to the Highway 43 East Waste
Regional Landfill.
Residents can take recyclable beverage containers to the Bottle
